About Us
Baldilicious small under foot Sphynx cattery located 40mins west of Brisbane, Ipswich- Queensland. Driven by a passion for these beautiful animals, our cattery breeds Sphynx from parents that have been hand selected for their heath, personality and appearance. Baldilicious Sphynx are of USA imported lines.
Sphynx are a very special breed, they are smart, playful, affectionate and funny felines. They are hours of entertainment, i waste much time playing and watching these crazy kitties. Our Sphynx are breed in a comfortable and stress free environment, promoting good health for both the parents and newborns.
All our cats are health checked and scanned for HCM (Feline Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy). Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is excessive thickening of the left ventricular wall, papillary muscles & septum. This enlargement causes stiffening & prevents the heart from expanding (to receive blood) properly. This is a must when choosing a Sphynx, that the parents are scanned annually. All our Sphynx are purebred and 5 generation Sphynx and have never be outcrossed to Devon Rex or any other Purebreds that can cause genetic problems.
